Tammy Lynn Evans-Weed, Age 45 of Bear Lake died Thursday, June 2, 2016.
She was born on October 20, 1970 in Frankfort Michigan the daughter Harold Glen Evans and the late Joyce Ann ( Ferguson) Evans. She was a 1988 graduate of Bear Lake High School and had attended Baker College and Mid-Michigan Community College.
Tammy attended the First Baptist Church of Bear Lake. She enjoyed sewing and loved spending time with her family, especially her grand-daughter.
Survivors include two daughters; Nicole (Derrick) Patton and Olivia Eichbauer both of Manistee, two sons; John Eichbauer of Mt. Pleasant and Scott Eichbauer of Bear Lake, her grand-daughter; Eva Lynn Patton, her father & step-mother; Harold & Wanda Evans of Bear Lake, three brothers; John (Laura) Ferguson of East Lake, Harold (Julia) Evans, Jr of Traverse City, and Jason (Dawn Lee) Evans of Herndon, Virginia, Jonathon (Amanda) Mattson and Robert Mattson. Nieces and a nephew also survive.
Memorial Services will be held at a later date at the Bear Lake High School (First Baptist Church of Bear Lake) with Pastor Jaimie Parlette officiating. Interment will be in the Pleasanton Township Cemetery.
