William Parks' Obituary
William Henry Parks, age 89 of Wellston passed away on Saturday evening January 10, 2026 at the Manistee County Medical Care Facility.
He was born on October 23, 1936 in Augusta, Michigan the son of the late Harold W. & Geraldine (Squires) Parks. He attended school in Augusta. He was employed by Dunkley International, Inc as a mechanic working on cherry processing machinery.
He enjoyed building and to create things made of wood. He also loved outdoor activities, whether it be shoveling snow or a peaceful walk in the woods.
He is survived by his wife; Phyllis A. (Wyman) Parks of Wellston and a daughter Robin Parks of Lawrence, MI. Grandchildren and great grandchildren also survive.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son: William Roy Parks, and daughters; Debbie Smith Parks and Patricia Ann Clark.

The family entrusted the Oak Grove Funeral Home & Cremation Center of Manistee with funeral arrangements.
