Vickey Lee Stalmack, age 65 of Manistee, passed away on Sunday September 24, 2023, in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Vickey was born on July 25, 1958, in Ypsilanti, Michigan, the daughter of William Raymond and Joy Rose (Laybourn) Butler. She graduated from Belleville High School, Class of 1976. On June 12, 1976, she married the love of her life, John Stalmack at Bethany Baptist Church in Belleville and they shared 47 years together.
She was self-employed for 18 years at Absolute Safety before retiring in 2018.

Vickey enjoyed scrapbooking, quilting, repurposing furniture, crafting, and camping. She loved going on sisters retreats every year with her sisters and mom.

She is survived by her husband John; her children Amanda Marie Stalmack, Jon Scott Stalmack, and Jena Lee Stalmack; grandson Mason John Stalmack; her mother Joy Rose Butler; sisters Tona Lynn (David) May and Lori Lisa (Dave) Gomez; brother William Raymond (Dawn) Butler Jr.; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great nephews; and other family and friends.

Vickey was proceeded in death by her father William Butler in 2013.

A Celebration of Life for Vickey will be held on Saturday September 30, 2023, at 11:00AM at Oak Grove Funeral Home in Manistee with Pastor Dan Barkholz officiating. Family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until the time of service.
