Russell Arlin Greenhoe, age 62 of Manistee, Michigan died February 6, 2022 at his home.

He was born on August 20, 1959 in Lansing, Michigan the son of the late Richard & Patricia (Parks) Greenhoe. He was a graduate of Lansing Everett High School and a veteran of the United States Navy. He married Beatrice Lou Mejia on December 30, 1982 in Lansing.

Russell held various positions for American Airlines at the Lansing Airport. (LAN) He was an avid Michigan State University fan, enjoyed bowling, and building model cars.

He is survived by his wife; Beatrice Lou Greenhoe of Manistee, MI, Daughter; Kimberly (Adam) Eckerson of Wellston, MI, Son; Michael Greenhoe of Lansing, MI, Step-Sons; Craig & Jason Mejia and Ricky Spinney all of Lansing, Grandchildren; Achilles Peterson, Xavier Walker, Jayden Mejia, Destiny Brown, Cecilia Guajardo, & Andre Majia, Brother; Roger Greenhoe of Lansing, Sister; Robin (Allen) Majewski of Eaton Rapids, MI and his Step-Mother; Dixie Greenhoe.

Russell was also preceded in death by a Step-Son; Martin Alan Mejia and a Grandson; Zander Greenhoe.

A Celebration of Life for Russell will be held on Wednesday February 23, 2022, from 2:30 PM until 7:00 PM at the VFW Post 701, 123 North Rosemary St, Lansing, MI 48917
