Robert Carlisle Streeter, 72, most recently of Manistee, but of his hometown, Morrice, Michigan, passed away on August 17, 2021, at Munson Healthcare, Manistee Hospital.
Robert was born on March 3,1949, in Lansing, Michigan, the son of the late Richard and Nellie (Richards) Streeter. After graduating from Morrice Area Schools in 1968, he went on to proudly serve his country in the United States Navy.
Robert married Bonnie Malinoski on July 17, 1976, in Los Angeles, California and they shared 30 years together before Bonnie's passing on July 23, 2006.
He was an avid NASCAR fan and was into classic cars. Robert liked to spend some of his time hunting and fishing.
Robert will be deeply missed by his daughter Patricia (Dietric) Lowe of Decatur, MI; his son Robert (Dawn) Streeter of Tecumseh, MI; his grandchildren Bailey Streeter of Ludington, Shelby and Kevin Streeter of Tecumseh, Emeral Streeter (Mackenzie) of Lansing, MI; Shailyne and Autumn Contreras of Lansing, Kitana Dye of East Lansing, Jeffrey and Alexis Lowe of Paw Paw, MI; his great-grandchildren Athena Streeter, Carson Streeter, and Finnegan Dulcie; his stepchildren Laurie, Bradley, and Craig McDougall; and many other family and friends.
Besides his parents and his first wife, Bonnie, Robert is also preceded in death by his wife of recent years Ann Streeter.
