Robert Rozga, age 70 of Manistee, died early Friday morning, May 10, 2024, at his home.

He was born on January 18, 1954, in Manistee, the son of the late Gordon J. & Clara P. (Zuchowski) Rozga. He married Rochelle M. Ball on October 5, 1989, at the First Church of Wellston. He had been employed at Morton Salt Company in Manistee for forty-seven years. "RR115"

Back in the day he was proud owner of "Share The Land". He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, as well as feeding and watching birds. He was especially proud of his retaining wall backyard garden. He had a fondness for multiple canine companions over the years.

Survivors include his wife; Rochelle M. Rozga, children; Traci George of Traverse City, Jason (Katie) Rozga of Illinois, Justin (Ashley) Rozga of Manistee, & bonus daughter; Amanda (Mike) Brief of Cedar, his grandchildren; Jacob George, Tucker Pratt, Elenore Rozga, Paige Rozga, & Aaden George, his siblings; Dorothy Rozga, Kathy (Roger) Stone, David (Kathy) Rozga, his twin; Ronald (Janice Clark) Rozga, Joseph (Peggy Murphy) Rozga, Floyd (Vaughn) Rozga, & Gordon Jr, (Louann) Rozga, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, & cousins.

He was also preceded in death by a grandson Chase Rozga; brother & sister-in-law John & Linda Rozga; and his in-laws William & Carol Ball.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday May 14, 2024, from 12:00 noon until 3:00pm at the Jailhouse Bar on 28th Street in Manistee.
