Mark A. Hendrix passed away on Friday, July 31, 2026 in the comfort of his own home.

He was born in Manistee, MI on September 8, 1952 to Gerald & Sally (Jacobs) Hendrix. He married Carol Anderson on August 10, 1985, they shared many good times, travels, and happy memories with family.

One of Mark’s greatest joys was music, he played a variety of stringed instruments, serenading his wife right up to the end.

Mark is survived by his wife Carol, children; Noel (Amy) Hendrix, Erin Hendrix, and Jeremy (Karla) Anderson, along with eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Also surviving is his brother Kim Hendrix and sister Toni Hendrix, brothers and sisters-in-law Paul & Sue Anderson and Robert and Kay Keck, and numerous nieces and nephews that were very special to him.

In addition to his parents, Mary was preceded in death by his brother, Allen Hendrix.

Before passing, Mark asked that a “Thank You” be included in this to everyone who was ever nice to him in his life.
