Linda Vansickle's Obituary
Linda Sue VanSickle, age 70 of Manistee died early Saturday morning March 21, 2026 at her home.
She was born on October 13, 1955 in Garrett, Indiana the daughter of the late Walter Lee & Thelma Louise (Tindall) Freeman.
Linda had been employed at Straits Steel & Wire in Ludington and at the Jail House Bar in Manistee. She enjoyed spending time with her kids and grandkids.
Survivors include her three children; Dori (Scott) Tetzlaff, Doug (Megan) VanSickle, and Jamie (David) Lijewski all of Manistee, her grandchildren; Chelsey & Ethan Tetzlaff, Ryley Dinsen, Caden & Addison VanSickle, Jayden, Mattison, Miles, & Sophia Lijewski, and Spencer Reyes, and her siblings; Diane Freeman, Mary Zent, & Randy Freeman.
She was preceded in death by a grandson; Devin Tetzlaff and siblings; Jim, Janet, & Steve.
A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, March 28, 2026 from 2-5 PM at the Filer Township Hall.
In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy may be directed to the family to assist with expenses.
