Lila Jean Fink, 77, of Manistee, passed away peacefully at home with her family on the evening of Friday, January 30, 2026.

Lila was born in Frankfort, Michigan, the daughter of Laverne and Edna (Showalter) Ware of Onekama. She graduated from Onekama High School and later married William R. "Bill" Fink in 1968.

Lila worked for the Kaleva Norman Dickson School system while her children were in school. She was actively involved in her church and especially cherished her time with her Ladies Pinochle Club, which met several times a year consecutively for more than 45 years!

Lila is survived by: her children, Corinn Fink and James (Pamela) Fink; her grandchildren, Breanna (Nolan) Bowers, Noelle Fink, Jordan Fink, Keagan Kovolski, Taiden Kovolski, and Colton Kovolski; and her great-grandchildren, Thomas Withey and Penelope Bowers.

She was preceded in death by: her husband, William "Bill" Fink; her parents; and her siblings, Bernard Ware, James Ware, and Karl Briske.

A memorial service will be conducted at 11:00 AM, Saturday, February 7, 2026, at Trinity Lutheran Church, 5471 Fairview St, Onekama, MI 49675, with a luncheon to follow. Everyone who was touched by her life is welcome to attend.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Lila's name to Trinity Lutheran Church of Onekama.
