Harriet Dittmer's Obituary
Harriet C. Dittmer, age 90 of Onekama, passed away on Tuesday November 29, 2022, at Manistee County Medical Care Facility.
She was born on March 30, 1932, in Filer City, Michigan, the daughter of Leona Kalka. Harriet graduated from Manistee High School, class of 1951. She married Robert Dittmer on October 25, 1952 at the Parsonage of Trinity Lutheran Church in Onekama and they shared 70 years together before Robert's passing on August 18, 2003.
Harriet was a member of Arcadia Lutheran Church.
She enjoyed spending her time knitting, reading, farming, and cooking.
Harriet is survived by her children Lynne (Jim) Morton, Joanne (Vern) Joslin, Nancy Cox, and Rob (Leeanna) Dittmer; seven grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren.
In addition to her mother and her husband Robert, Harriet was preceded in death by her grandson Ben Joslin.
