Garrett Robert Waligorski, age 38, passed away on Thursday May 30, 2019 in Big Rapids, MI.
Garrett was born in Manistee, MI on August 17, 1980 to Bruce Waligorski and the late Linda (Liston) Colosimo.
He was a self-employed contractor who loved Motocross and RC car racing.
Garrett is survived by his father and step-mother; Bruce and Vicki Waligorski of Kaleva, brother Mason (Jessica Scharp) Waligorski of Manistee, sister Kelli (Joe) Norton of Grand Rapids, niece Kendal Waligorski of Manistee, nephew Kian Norton of Grand Rapids, maternal grandfather George Liston of Manistee, uncle Lance Liston of Manistee, cousins; Tanner, Tatum and Mayan Liston of Manistee and step-father Jim Colosimo of New Port Richey, FL.
In addition to his mother, Garrett was preceded in death by maternal grandmother Mary Liston and paternal grandparents Eugenia "Jean" Waligorski and Edward Waligorski.
A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held on Saturday June 22, 2019 from 5PM – 8PM at the Manistee Elks Club (on River St.).
In lieu of flowers, memorials contributions in Garrett's name may be directed to the charity of the donor's choice.
