Estela Jauregui, age 87 of Newark, California, passed away on Monday November 4, 2024, at Green Acres in Manistee, Michigan.

Born on August 31, 1937, in Guadalajara, Mexico, Estela was the daughter of the late Jose Murillo Palacios and Josefina Ramirez Santana. She married Pablo Jauregui on June 9, 1962, in Oakland, California and they shared 60 years together before Pablo's passing in December of 2022.

Estela was a wonderful homemaker. She would work part time to help the family, but she always tried to be home for the kids. She loved decorating her home and working on her landscape at her house. Estela had a knack for plants.

She was a member of The Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses.

Estela will be dearly missed by her daughter Geena Jauregui; grandson Jacob Jauregui; her youngest brother Victor Palacios; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and her husband Pablo, Estela was preceded in death by her son Arturo Jauregui, sisters Alicia Madrigal and Josefina Fuentes, and brother George Palacios.

A Memorial Service for Estela will be held on Saturday November 23, 2024, at 2:00 PM at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 915 Caberfae Highway, Manistee, MI 49660.
