Earlene Mae McArthur, age 92 of Arcadia, MI died Thursday, January 4, 2023 at Nancy's Place in Manistee Township.
She was born on February 25, 1931 in Arcadia, MI the daughter of the late Ernest & Hettie (Hiner) Schneider. She was a 1949 graduate of Arcadia High School. On May 2, 1953 she married Keith O. McArthur in Muskegon, Michigan.
As a young woman Earlene worked for the Arcadia Furniture Company and later in life at the Cherry Street Pharmacy in Flushing, Michigan. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Arcadia.
Survivors include her husband; Keith O. McArthur, three children; Dennis (Terri) McArthur of Arcadia, Pamela (Gordy) Kerr of Standish, & Michelle (Paul) Clark of Arcadia, five grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by a son; Richard McArthur and a brother; Virgil Schneider.
A Celebration of Life for Earlene Mae McArthur will be held Saturday May 18, 2024, from 11:00am until 2:00pm at the Lions Den in Arcadia.
