Corinne Joyce Lloyd, age 92 of Manistee, passed away on Monday May 16, 2022, at Munson Healthcare Manistee Hospital.
Corinne was born on December 24, 1929, in Cadillac, the daughter of the late Marvin and Mildred (Goodrich) Arkin. She graduated from Onekama High School in 1948 and went on to attend Ferris University in 1949 to study bookkeeping. On March 22, 1952, Corinne married James G. Lloyd in Manistee and they shared 56 years together before James passing on December 18, 2008.
She is survived by her children Mark (Holly) Lloyd and Vonnie (Al) Bufka; daughter-in-law Marie Lloyd; grandchildren Kris (Ben) Brandt, Al (Lori) Bufka, Kari (Justin) Zoscsak, Andrew (Celeste) Lloyd, Max Lloyd, James Lloyd, George (Abbey) Lloyd, Jennifer (Shawn) Tomey, and Adam Stamp; great-grandchildren Quinton and Maisy Lloyd, Ethan and Lily Brandt, Chloe and Carso Bufka, Nora Lloyd, Isaiz, Matthew, and Sadie Tomey; sister Jean Kenny; brother-in-law Harold (Shelda) Lloyd; sister-in-law MarKay Lloyd; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and her husband James, Corinne was preceded in death by her son James M. Lloyd; sister Betty Lou Diekow; and brothers-in-law Tom, Dennis (Edith) Lloyd.
According to Corinne's wishes, a graveside service will be held for family members.
