Connie Karen Bowen, age 74 of Manistee died unexpectedly Wednesday, May 3, 2023 at Munson Healthcare Manistee Hospital.
Connie was born on January 7, 1949 in Chicago, Illinois the daughter of the late James Frederick & Esther Elizabeth (Leonard) Perring. She married Troy Jackson Bowen in Brunswick, Georgia. He preceded her in death in 2005.
Connie was a employed at various restaurants as a cook and also was a small engine mechanic. She loved to read.
Survivors include two grandsons; JB Bowen and Nels Bowen both of Manistee, two step-daughters; Vicki and Beth Bowen, step-son: Troy Hope, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
She was also preceded in death by a sister; Julie Sievert.
No Services are planned at his time.
