Catherine M. (Holden) Bakhan, age 70 of Manistee, died on April 24, 2025, in the comfort of her home.

Born June 12, 1954, in Hart, Michigan, Catherine was the daughter of Harold T. and Shirley A. (Coones) Holden. She attended Mason County Eastern.

Catherine absolutely loved spending time with her grandchildren, as well as reading novels, fishing, and playing games.

She is survived by her daughter Jennifer (James) Howard; grandchildren Dakota N. Ingram, Elijah C. Spradley, and Maylynn L. Spradley; brother Harold T. Holden and sisters Carol Clancey, Sandra Larr, and Nancy (Charles) Davis; along with many loved nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Catherine joins in heaven her father and mother Harold and Shirley, brothers David T. Holden and Gary L. Holden, and niece Rachel Larr.

A Celebration of Catherine's Life will be held on Saturday June 14, 2025, from 2:00 until 6:00 PM at her daughter's home - 2782 Caberfae Highway, Manistee, MI 49660.
