Beverly Dawn (Johns) Sanborn, age 85 of Manistee, passed away in the comfort of her home on Thursday May 16, 2024.

Born on July 27, 1938, in Lansing, Michigan, Beverly was the daughter of the late Loraine and Willabella (Appleton) Johns. She graduated from Lansing Eastern High School, Class of 1959.

Beverly married Joseph Anson Sanborn on January 4, 1958, in Lansing and they shared 66 years together before Joseph's passing on April 21, 2024.

She was a cook at Bamboo Restaurant in Carson City, Michigan.

In her spare time, Beverly enjoyed reading and crocheting.

Beverly is survived by her children Bryan Sanborn, Dawn Sanborn, and Eric (Lisa) Sanborn; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and her husband, Joseph, Beverly was preceded in death by her daughter Lynn Marie Oar, and sons Donald Calvin Brown and Gordon Dean Sanborn.
