Barbara Mae Kramsvogel, Age 87 of Manistee died Sunday morning June 23, 2019 at the Manistee County Medical Care Facility.
She was born on August 1, 1931 in Filer City, Michigan the daughter of the late Walter & Clara (Laboda) Bourgette. She attended Filer City School and was a 1949 graduate of Saint Joseph High School. She married Richard E. Kramsvogel on May 21, 1955 at Saint Joseph Catholic Church in Manistee. He preceded her in death on September 4, 1985.
She had been employed as a clerk at several area stores including Newberry's. She also had been employed for 14 years by Michigan Bell Telephone Company, as well as having been employed as a domestic engineer for many years.
She is survived by one son; Paul Kramsvogel of Manistee, a sister-in-law; Lillian Bourgette, one nephew and his spouse; David & Dawn Bourgette, one niece and her spouse; Carol & Don Johnston all of Ludington.
She was also preceded in death by her brother; Walter Bourgette, Jr.
No services are planned. Following cremation, interment will be in Trinity Lutheran Cemetery in Manistee.
The family entrusted the Oak Grove Funeral Home & Cremation Center of Manistee with funeral arrangements.
